I’m SO dizzy plaspeepaldease someone help

Recently on Tuesday (now Sunday), I went on a 9 hour car trip to pick up my new puppo. I knew it would cause a flare up but I refused to eat for 16 hours, drank little water, and was running on 4 hours of sleep. I was already feeling a flare in the morning but my dad convinced me to go, I could tell it would cause a bad flare up for the next few days but it’s been 6 days and I STILL feel terrible. I had a headache for 5 days straight that’s somewhat elevated. The dizziness has been accompanied but it’s absolutely TERRIBLEe today, I was sitting up right/laying down for most of the day, and laying down has only made me feel the dizziness even worse. While standing, the room was somewhat.. sideways..? I just want this dizziness TO END ๐·°(৹˃ᗝ˂৹)°·๐
