How to contact human support?

Hey guys, yesterday I tried to remote one Enamorus raid but after we won and I received the rewards the game froze. When I restarted the app I got no encounter.

Support bot keeps telling me something sounding more or less like "You got the rewards so kiss my a**".

Is there a way to reach the human support? I'm sick of those stupid bots... being a rural player is already the hardcore mode, if I also have to play against the support I'm out.
