No recibo emails de PlayStation/Sony

Good evening, I'm writing out of desperation, as I can't access my PSN account and it's currently just a useless paperweight. I've been trying for several days to get the email to recover my password, but I haven't received anything at all. I managed to speak to someone in the chat, and when I told them I don't have the console I originally logged in on (a PS3 whose graphics chip broke and I couldn't use or fix it, so I threw it away 15 years ago), that's where all the help ended. They told me I didn't meet the requirements and closed the chat without resolving anything. Has anyone else experienced this and managed to fix it somehow? I don't want to lose all the games, DLCs, and content I had on that account.
