Did Skill just praised someone using Tundra mod in his latest video or I'm going crazy?

I just saw the latest Skill4ltu video about the Ares, titled 'This is the BIGGEST Ares 90 C Damage I've Ever Seen.' While watching, a few things caught my attention. For example, at the 4:38 mark, he kills the other Ares despite having ignored him 30 seconds earlier. Then at 5:08, he was pre-aiming the Grille behind the house, along with a host of other unusual moves during this game. Am I going crazy? Is he really just that good, or is he skilled but also using Tundra? What do you think, guys?
