Spider veins

Where are we getting our spider veins zapped? I’ve had sclerotherapy in the past from a not-to-be-mentioned doctor in Daly City, but alas, my veins got even worse post treatment.

Looking for a doctor who is willing to do ultrasounds on both legs and help get ride of my unsightly spider veins via sclerotherapy or another well-proven/more modern method. Would prefer vascular surgeon as opposed to a cosmetic dermatologist. Not as worried about budget since I’m desperate at this point.
