Sex While Pregnant - Perspectives from Both Sides

I am 25 w pregnant with our third and in browsing some other forums I was curious:

• Are people having regular sex while pregnant?
• How're people doing it?
• Are both parties into it into it, or doing it to maintain intimacy?

I ask because the bag is mixed. Some women are horny and into it, but they're partners aren't; sometimes their partners are into it but the pregnant person isn't.

In my youth for some reason I was led to believe men were super into their pregnant wives/pregnant women, and now I'm not sure if it's a primal lizard brain thing of being able to ejaculate inside someone and having done so, or if it is an actual attraction to pregnant woman.

Looking for lived perspectives either being with a pregnant person sexually while pregnant, or being the sexual pregnant person.
