[TOMT] Terracotta paint in the walls

I've been trying to find this song for years. The lyrics are: "She lives in a house, a little house up in Ealing. It has terracotta paint on the walls and the ceiling. There's no feeling. There's no feeling at all." Does anyone know what this song is? Any help would be massively appreciated. I think the year would be 90s or early 2000s
