504 or IEP Accompdations

Does anyone have a 504 plan or IEP in part due to your ME/CFS? Or does anyone have a child with this horrible condition? My daughter currently has an IEP due to autism but has a recent ME/CFS diagnosis and I’m curious what to ask for as far as goals/accommodations during her upcoming CSE meeting. (She’s a teen if that matters, with many, many absences.)
