I’m prompted to “check in with people or go do X” but the people never talk?

(Extremely mild spoilers for the very beginning of HOL2)

Yeah so I’m at the >!Rebel base hub!< and twice now I’ve been told to check in with everyone or go do X, but every time I click on someone like >!Gene or Lizzie!< they just turn to me and say nothing, then the prompt to click on them goes away.

I assume they’re supposed to be talking and it’s a glitch? Anyone else experience this? Anyone see the dialogue that’s supposed to be there?
