Appalling temperature chart from LG

I have been doing my research to try to improve my laundry routines, and ran across this temperature chart in LG's troubleshooting help library. (I have an LG front-loader.)

I knew my temperatures were bad, because I've been checking them with every load for the past couple of weeks, but I was still holding out hope that there might be something I could do to fix it. Unfortunately, on a normal load the warmest I've gotten on "hot" is 28 C, and I guess I know why now.

So.... any recommendations from the experts on how I can deal with just... never having warm water to clean my clothes?

Should I just use the sanitize option and hope I don't ruin things?

Is there even a point to me using oxygen bleach if my temperature isn't even hitting 30 C?

Am I wholly dependent on spa days and enzymes?

No wonder things haven't been as clean as I've wanted them!
