Do I have an STD/STI

So Im a 24 year old male and I recently had intercourse with a female around Feb. 11. We went for maybe an hour at the most and when I got home around 3am, I ended my night rubbing one out(I know🤦🏾‍♂️ I’m kinda hyper sexual and whole different problem in itself.) The next morning I noticed a bit of swelling around my urethra hole and I went to get it checked out immediately. The doctor said it may be to early to proceed with and STI check with it being so soon but did say it could very well be mild irritation since it was only swelling at the tip. Over the next few days I’ve noticed a white film that will kinda “close” the top of “hole” and slight irritation when I urinate for a slight second. It isn’t unbearable but it’s there and it feels like when you hold your pee all day and you finally get to go. This all just new to me because I’ve never had this happen to me before and I’ve had plenty of intercourse with women. I’m just lowkey scared and need a bit of help
