Second straight zero blast round - advice for next steps? Anyone have success?

I have done three total egg retrievals across two clinics (details below) with the past two resulting in 0 blasts each. Lucky me?

Curious if anyone has any advice for testing for both my husband and I to advocate for before a fourth round, as well as any potential protocol changes or things we can ask about. And if this has happened to you - have you found success? What worked? Thanks in advance.

Cycle 1 (FCNE): 5 days BC priming, 300 Follistim/300 Menopur for 9 days, Lupron trigger: 9 retrieved, 7 mature, 6 fertilized, 2 blasts, 0 euploids

Cycle 2 (FCNE): Cold start: 300 follistim 11 days, 300 menopur added on day 5, Lupron trigger: 8 retrieved, 8 mature, 5 fertilized, 0 blasts

Cycle 3 (BIVF): 16 days oral estrace priming (2x daily): 300 follistim, 150 menopur for 15 days, Lupron trigger: 12 retrieved, 12 mature, 9 fertilized, 0 blasts

It’s absolutely devastating to go from fantastic numbers at the top of the funnel AND our best retrieval numbers to an absolute bust. I’m 39 with a 3.5 AMH and controlled Hashimoto’s and we do have slight MFI in terms of low motility. I have a history of scar tissue in the uterus due to surgical removal of an embedded IUD, but that has been confirmed as all clear through a recent hycosy. My husband also has an urologist appointment with Boston Urology upcoming and are trying to see if they can get us in sooner.
