First Time Build

Hey yall. Finally switching to the dark side after being a console fanboy my whole life. I usually just play typical sports games like Madden and FPS like battlefield and call of duty but think switching to PC will broaden my games I play. As far as build, I am 100% set on getting the 9070XT for the GPU but I’m stuck on what to get for CPU. I was initially set on the 9800x3d and then was thinking the 7800x3d but now I’m hearing mixed opinions on the 9700x. All I know is I’d like to game with atleast 1440p and get better frames than 150. With the ram crisis going on, I’m content with getting 2x16GB of DDR5 at 6000 and keeping the latency no more than 32. Everything else is kinda a blur. Budget is about $2200. Wanting an all white build as well but just looking to see what y’all’s suggestions are. Thanks in advance!
