Mizuki change idea

One of the main issues with Mizuki is his healing capabilities when one of your teammates are in a pinch. he has his hat, but when you are out of hats or only have one and your tank is extremely low, theres basically nothing you can do to save him/her.

I was thinking about what could either be a change to his abilities or maybe a new perk:

He could have some kind of an ability that spends all of his current healing aura charge and drains it all for one big burst of healing.

I think this would have to come with some minor changes like maybe moving some perks around or increasing how long it takes to get to full charge or requiring some kind of minimum amount of charge to use the ability or something, but I think the idea could seriously work if implemented correctly. it could be similar to Illari's Solar Burst perk (or whatever its called) where she spends all of her current beam charge to put out one fat burst of healing.
