Acct Temp Suspended

as of 2/4, my account has been temporarily suspended due to an OLD ticket. i was approved to drive way after, so i’m a bit confused as to why this is happening now? tried to reach out to support & they just keep saying “a special team is reviewing & will email once it’s complete. i ave yet to hear anything. has anyone been through this before & able to drive after?
