Hesitant in game

ive just hit my peak champ 1, I knows its nothing crazy. but I'm having a real issue with being ridiculously hesitant in game. ive never had this iusse before ever. I thibk maybe because ive started to give a little care to my rank as of recent. what tips can you reccomend to stop being so hesitant in game?
