Receiving an error message when trying to access PSLF buyback reconsideration page

I have reached my 120 qualifying employment months as of last month and had them certified as of today. I am currently in repayment on an IDR plan but have been planning to do buyback once I reached my 120 months. I went to the buyback reconsideration page and visited the link. I logged in and it shows me the Borrower Information page where you verify your contact information. I click continue, it takes me to an error page that says, "Sorry, StudentAid.gov is currently unavailable. We're working on fixing it! Thanks for your patience." I tried hitting the back button on my browser and it does take me to the Reconsideration page but when I click the "PSLF Buyback" radio button, the submit button is grayed out and I can't click on it. I've tried 3 different browsers. All have the same issue. Is anyone else encountering this problem? Is there another way I can submit the request?
