Vic Homebuyer Fund - Renovations

I bought with the Vic Homebuyer Fund. In a few weeks I will be updating my kitchen. I know there is something under the scheme where if you notify of renovations over 10k in value, that amount is taken into consideration when you repay the equity.

How or who do I notify? SRO said call the bank. But CBA is no longer in the scheme and TBH were not very knowledgeable about the program. Any experiences or advice?
