Employment law - underpayment Q

NSFWComments Moderated

hello and TIA for the help and information!

I currently work for one of the most despisable companies in the world, Dominos. I've read of class action lawsuits being successful in the US and want to know about the likely success of something similar here. I have a whole list of things wrong with this business, but primarily as a driver it is the gross underpayment of mileage/wear, and how it is somehow included in taxable income when I don't believe it should be. not that any of us would be earning enough for that to make a difference 😂

the site I work at also makes people take unpaid breaks when the store is slow (not allowed) or wait to clock in upon arrival for the same reason. the other day I was stuck in traffic due to an incident, whilst delivering, and they signed me out of the system and didn't pay me for that time. nevermind that they have a manager driving around on a store moped doing all the local orders while they abuse us car owners and give us deliveries with higher mileage.

anyhow, without overcomplicating the question, I have been documenting all of my costs and every delivery I make with mileage. so I know how grossly underpaid I am. often earning below minimum wage after costs. what basis is there for a suit here?
