Problems with RCA to HDMI converter

Good day:

I recently bought a RCA to HDMI converter.

The brand is Mini.

I connect it to a LG Smart TV.

In this case, I turn the Nintendo 64 on, it appears on the screen but then it freezes.

What can I do please?
