Catering ideas for a 40th birthday.

Looking for everyone’s ideas on what to cater for my husband’s 40th! We’re having a big party at a brewery for about 50 people. A friend’s cover band is playing. Think casual and delicious- drop catering or something I can pick up in the city (north side located but I could get a Zipcar). We have vegans and celiac folks but I can always do a separate food for them. I know I’m doing charcuterie myself for snacking, but I’m brainstorming on more of a main dish that would be easy for folks to grab and eat, then head back to the dance floor. Table space will be limited so easy to eat standing is even better.

The party is a ways away and I haven’t really set a budget yet, so really just looking for things I haven’t thought of yet! So far I’ve considered tamales or empanadas.
