Help: Friend is unable to log into his microsoft account

Minecraft Bedrock PS5.

As the title says. He has been logged in before as of yesterday. I’m able to log in just fine however he cannot. He has access to his account that’s linked to his ps5.

Everytime he tried to log in he gets an error to tell him to contact support which doesn’t help. He’s tried restoring license, closing app, restarting console, etc. Any fix?
