Is Domina permabanned for you?

I'm pretty new to the game (old player from OW1 who never played comp) but I connected with Dominas kit so much, she feels perfect for me. I jumped into ranked and had a great time in my placements, placed mid Plat but since getting out of placements she is PERMABANNED but only when I queue tank. Dps or support (also plat) queue shes never banned, and rarely picked. But when I play tank shes banned every single game, is there some tracker they can use to see that I play Domina or am I just crazy unlucky?
