Installing a XX mod on 3ds

I found this page with only 2 mods for XX https://mhxxmods.blogspot.com/?m=0 and the one that eliminates the flex seems interesting for me (yes, skill issue), but the instructions are not for 3ds, anyone knows how to install on my console?
