PCV Application for Departures Prior to Receiving Diploma?

Hi everyone, I have seen there are questions in the past regarding applying for PCV positions prior to graduation, but I had some questions as my situation is a bit unique.

While my "official graduation" is slated for April 2027, I will have completed my final semester this December thanks to different semester schedules while studying abroad. I'd like to take advantage of this early completion, if possible, especially as I'm interested in some of the new postings for departures in January 2027.

Would the status of not officially graduating (receiving my diploma) prevent me from applying until after April? My university is overseas and only has 2 graduation periods (September and April), thus creating this odd situation.

Grades and credits shouldn't be an issue (mandatory enrollment for final semester despite exceeding credit requirements in the prior semester).

I understand this situation may be limited to myself, but thanks in advance for any information that can be shared on this issue.
