Does each selection exam section have its own time limit?

If the entire selection is 1 hour and 45 minutes long, does that mean that once you start, you start all sections at once and so it starts counting down from the total time of 1 hour and 45 minutes or is it separated so that you can't end up missing out on the other section entirely if you spend too much time on the one before it?
