Order delivery?

So I ordered a pizza about an hour ago and it still hasn’t been picked up even. The driver seems to just be at the Walmart super center where it says they have been doing another delivery but have not moved in that entire time. I’m curious is this normal and what should I do? It said the latest delivery time should be 1 my time which is in about 20 minutes from now and there is no way they are getting across town to the pizza place and to my house in that time. I tried asking support about it but they just told me there wasn’t enough drivers for the demand and then told me to wait longer and when I asked how much longer should I wait they ended the chat saying they provided me with all the information I needed.
