It seems like every piece of technology I touch has SOME issue with it. This photo is of my partner’s computer screen after I tried to play some Paint the Town Red. Game crashed instantly and now you can open any of the links or whatever they’re called on the homepage without restarting the computer, and I don’t wanna erase anything he might’ve gotten done since he’s at work. Every time I play his computer something goes wrong, from Red Dead not letting better graphics be run to his whole computer not turning on without being plugged in.

My personal computer has been lagging like hell the past two weeks for no reason and just had to replace the charger. Computer before this one needed a new charger every 6 months. Within the first six months it wouldn’t work for two weeks and then wouldn’t work if it was plugged in. Finally got it fixed after a year only for steam to uninstall itself and force me to delete all my save files, followed shortly by its battery life becoming about a minute if unplugged and not playing any games. It also stopped working a week before a vacation to visit some relatives a couple states away.

Computer before that got a massive virus so I literally couldn’t use it at all and only found out at the start of a trip after leaving for Europe for two weeks. I’ve only had computers since 2018. It’s not even been a decade and they keep fucking breaking.

My phone will randomly slow down or the internet won’t work despite having both WiFi and data and no one else near me has that problem. It also deleted a bunch of valuable photos from a trip with my grandma all because I didn’t want to pay for an iCloud subscription. I don’t know what’s going on or if I’m fucking cursed or what. I just wanted to rant.
