hi! i'm dee, and i'm a native new yorker! i'm looking for a whole apartment or a room with 1 other roommate in the space to move around June 1 (flexible up to the month in either direction)

my only real need is a w/d in unit/building. i have a steady job and can give references if needed! i usually WFH, so I take meetings from home (which is why it would be nice to be solo OR have a quieter roomie)
