Is raid master really worth it?

I’m thinking about buying raid master since i’ve been grindin hard for months, is the raid master subscription really worth it? How time-effective is it? Like, is it worth it to buy it for the road to kalos tour event? To shorten the queue times to join primal groudon/kyogre or origin dialga/palkia raids?
