Tips for early game Noelle usage?

Hi, so I just started the game and was wondering if you could give me some early game tips for using Noelle. I guess that im using her as a support with her healing/shield but based on a tier list she is better off as a main dps (which im lacking) so now idk what to do. It probably doesn't matter so I'd be happy with any tips possible, thanks in advance!
