Moving to Knoxville

My wife and I are planning on moving back to Knoxville again end of this year. She has a Bachelors in public policy, public service and homeland security. Does anyone have any recommendations or info on possible resources we could use to land her a job? Is anyone else working in this field or looking to join this field?
