Tog Ink Printing Issues Blurry Borders Around Text

I recently went through the whole process of designing & sizing my Canva template properly to print digital with Tog Ink. When my order came all the text had a weird checkered background behind it. I 10x checked and everything was formatted properly. Has anyone had similar issues?
