TSA held us up at the gate and now the cruise line says we can't get on the boat at all, period. No next port of call option.

So we missed our flight because of a ticket issue and couldn't book another flight with any carrier in time to catch our 7 day cruise in the caribbean. Now the cruise line is saying we can't meet the boat at the next port of call, or anywhere, because it was our fault that we missed our flight. There is nothing in Holland America's website that states this, only if we miss the flight we have to pay to meet the boat at the next port. ( Which we are willing to do). Has anyone else had to deal with this? Was there any remedy?
