Pros/Cons of Condos around Don Mills Station

I'm looking to purchase at 275 Yorklands, 30 Heron Hills, 2015 & 2035 Sheppard Avenue East.

Not interested at Forest Manor.

Anybody lived at those addresses before? Traffic/Noise.
