Is there something wrong with me because I find vaginas gross as a straight man?

I’m a straight man in my early 20s and I haven’t had a girlfriend in a few years. I remember when I was having sex that it felt good, but it’d also feel kind of gross on my penis. When I was fingering my girlfriend I thought it was good until I would sometimes feel something that would make me nearly vomit. It was just a different feeling that I’d touch. Is this normal? I don’t watch porn because to see a woman’s vagina bring penetrated with anything is just a gross sight to me. I think it’s because it’s an open cavity, but the anus, ears, nose, mouth don’t cross me out. Surgery is disgusting to me. People talking about having sex on their periods and it makes me want to vomit. How could you stick your penis into something where blood is coming out?

I’m at that age where obviously I want to date but I’m worried this will lead it being very difficult. I’m not asexual because i think about having sex a lot and am attracted to a lot of different woman. I am not gay either however dating a transgender woman doesn’t seem gross because there’s no vagina. But I’ve never been attracted to a man, and have tried dating a man, but have not gotten an erection or felt any sort of attraction.

I do have OCD and am not autistic. Is there anything I can do for this, could therapy help? I’m at a loss and it’s bothered me for years. I don’t really know who to talk to about it. Is this common at all or is there a classification for it?
