I was tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea even with no symptoms. Came back negative after 3 months since having sex. Do I need to test for oral too?

I only did urine and blood tests but everything came back negative. I am a little worried because I didn’t do an oral swab (don’t think it was even an option at the clinic) I have no symptoms but I’m still worried. Should I find a way to get an oral swab or am I overreacting?
