Heroin, kratom, Suboxone.

So I've been using h for the past few months, I quit yesterday, I'm at 32 hours since my last dose. I started taking the kratom at the 25 hour mark so 7am this morning, and some more at 10 or 11 and some now at 2:30. the only symptoms I've really had is a runny nose which I've had the whole night and day even taking the kratom and i woke up hot earlier and cold when not covered but no where as intense as if I didn't have kratom. When should I take my suboxone?
