Looking for a Project Manager

I wasn't sure of the right area to put this, so I thought of this community.

I own a small content marketing agency. We're looking to grow but lacking a solid pillar- a Project Manager.

Our works are mainly scattered and are in the digital marketing segment so there are several moving parts like, young and inexperienced team, wide client base, critical vendors etc. we want someone within the age of 25-40 to be our senior manager.

Now before job roles, I'd be upfront that we're aware of a great PM salary but ours is more of a generalist rather than a strict, dork. So our salary range is from 15k (asst manager) to 30k INR inhand for senior.

It's permanent work from home. If you're still reading and interested

1. understanding client requirements and putting details on PM software

2. coordinating details within teams, managing client facing questions, be jolly as hell and diplomatic

3. Getting on meets with team, checking if everyone has their works on plate, manage the team for better outcomes.

4. sometimes calling and assisting in sales if required

5. kaccha invoice creating, cross checking accounts for your team's salary release or client bill release, with accountant

It's a 5 and half day work days with 10:30-6:30pm duty hours.
