HP OfficeJet 5255

My grandmother has an HP Officejet 5255. She is old a refuses to get new things. And refuses to have it just sent to her computer as a PDF or JPEG.

Recently her scan to email feature has stopped working and it seems there is no email attached anymore. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to work.

Everywhere I look says to use the ePrint and add an email, but that does show as an option.

Scan to wizard or whatever isn’t showing as an option either.

She keeps touching things as I try to fix this and I refuse to lose my favorite grandchild title. Please help me, I have been over every weekend for the last 4 weekends.
