Is manager broken?

after reading about the recent update to YouTube patches I tried to patch it, but after selecting the apk in manager I get no patches available.

is this a bug? it's weird because the manager app hasn't updated, and it worked fine before.

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling manager, no dice. it doesn't work with other apps either, not just YouTube.
