Clocks in Brookhaven hospital show the time of the blue creek apartments clock puzzle (?)

I am replaying silent hill 2 remake and I noticed that the clock in the Brookhaven hospital (first save room to be exact) shows the exact time that you need to set the clock at, in blue creek apartments, otherworld. Including the seconds pointer thingy. Not sure if it's just a coincidence but I thought it is a cool little detail!
