[Landlord US-TX] How much are yall paying for lease agreements?

Need some advice from fellow landlords here.

I'm deeply curious what yall do for lease agreements and legal documents. With how much it's costing me, I can't help but feel I'm doing something wrong.

Do you:

- Use a lawyer? (How much roughly per document?)

- Use something like LegalZoom/Rocket Lawyer?

- Download free templates?

- Have your own template you reuse?

I'm paying circa $400 per lease from my attorney and wondering if there's a better way.
