High Temps and RPM

Device: HP Omen 16 (Ryzen 7 7840HS, RTX 4050)

Issue :

Recently after like 5 months of use, my laptop temps have gone up, it usually used to sit around lower temps but now the temps are higher and the fans are louder, even while normal browsing the fans reach 2700 rpm, which is pretty annoying. I did open it recently but only to clear the vents and heatsink screws came out loose on their own so i had to put them back in place, im pretty sure i didnt damage or touch any other part

While playing games on High settings:

• FPS is stable at usually 100
• GPU usage 99%
• CPU temperature reaches 90–91°C
• CPU usage remains 50 ish %
• No throttling or performance drops observed

Previously, CPU temperatures during similar workloads were noticeably lower.

While browsing, idle temp is around ~60°C.

The system is functioning normally performance-wise, but thermals appear higher than before opening the chassis.

any fixes?? or Does it need servicing?
