Anyone else struggling to book lessons via RED?

Hi everyone new here was hoping to clarify or find some answers as regarding my question as I can't seem to book lessons via RED as there website seems to be in a perpetual state of non-functioning and its causing my mother a great deal of stress (and by extension me). any help or pointers greatly appriecated thanks!
