H&R Block Desktop app seems extremely glitchy

I am entering 1099-B entries manually. The app seems to repeatedly randomly change some of stock sale entries. This seems like a data corruption issue to me. I checked and rechecked everything, then I see that the amount of tax I owe has changed for no particular reason with no additional data entered by me, just by proceeding to the next screen. Then I check the 1099-B again and see that one of the entries in 1099-B has changed on its own! What's going on!
