Tire size advice

My 2019 has the dinky 225/60/18

wheels. Time to replace the rubber and the price and tread life expectancy of the Pilots has me looking at the Conti ExtremeContacts. But…they only come in 235/60/18. Anyone know if this is doable or am I asking for problems? TIA!
