New car anti theft and paint protection

I am a few weeks away from receiving a new BMW 330e on 4 year PCP. my previous car was a skida superb and I hadn't really worked to much about it.

Looking for advise on two fronts:

Anti theft

The car will be parked on the street in london.

I've got a chipolo one tag I am going to remove the speaker from, and was considering a motorbike tracker like tracking or monimoto. A bit neighbors about wearing money on a wired tracker that could easily be found.

also thinking of getting a disclok.

I know ghost immobilizer or kill switch is often recommended but I don't want to invalidate the warranty.

Paint protection

Contemplating ceramic coating and or partial PPF but that seems like a lot of money.

Am I overthinking this? any thoughts on any of the above?
