Windows update

so, basically, due to the new updates of Windows 11, my computer (a Cyborg 15 A13V) kinda got loads of troubles. Every updates Windows puts in place, it keeps getting worse. so, I was wondering, should I downgrade it to another version? if so, which? (I'm on KB5077181, windows 11 Version 25H2. thanks)
