Help. FF of 5% but received “insufficient fetal dna”. Why??

Took two weeks to get my results back with Natera. I am on a blood thinner. Trying not to spiral, but with a 5% FF, would would everything come back as “no result” and “insufficient fetal dna”? Now I have to redraw. Please anyone with insight help
